JABLONSKI HEALTH Virtual Care welcomes referrals for all sexual and transgender health consultations in Alberta. We are committed to providing care in a professional, efficient, and non-judgmental environment.
All medical visits are fully covered by the Alberta provincial government with a valid AHC card. Any uninsured services will be billed directly to the patient.

Jablonski Health Virtual Care is publicly funded by the provincial government, and you do not pay for the costs of any of your routine medical care. However, the clinic does charge for services, which are not medically required and are not covered by provincial health insurance. These are called uninsured services and include things such as form completion, sick notes, and insurance requests. Jablonski Health Virtual Care follows guidelines from the Alberta Medical Association regarding fees for these items. Listed below is a list of services that are uninsured or NOT covered by the provincial plan.
No Show / Cancellation Policy:
24-Hour Notice Required: Due to the high demand for sexual medicine and transgender health services, a $160 charge will apply if you change or cancel your initial consult appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice and an $75 charge will apply if you change or cancel your follow-up consult appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows prevent other patients from accessing available appointment slots.
No-Show Fee: If you and your family miss your scheduled appointment without informing the clinic, and the doctor is unable to reach you at the scheduled time (we will attempt to contact you at your registered number if you’re not on video), a $160 fee will be charged for an initial consult appointment and an $75 fee will be charged for follow-up consult appointments. This fee compensates for time and resources dedicated to your appointment, as Alberta Health does not reimburse the clinic for missed appointments.
Outstanding Fees: To respect our staff’s time and ensure the clinic’s financial sustainability, JABLONSKI HEALTH Virtual Care will only provide additional services (e.g., refilling medications, scheduling future appointments) after any outstanding no-show or cancellation fees are paid in full.
Fee Schedule & Payment: The following fees are for services not covered by the Alberta Health Insurance Plan and are aligned with Alberta Medical Association guidelines. Please pay all fees via Interac E-Transfer to support@jablonskihealthvirtualcare.ca, ensuring your name and the fee type are included in the comment section of your payment.
*Prepayment is required for all uninsured services (no exceptions) prior to release of documents.
